Food is always great here. My family and I have eaten at Broadway pizza (riverside location) for many years. That location is now closed and new apartments are build in the replacement. I transition over to Robbinsdale the next location closest to me. I haven't had any problems with the food, but they have "very poor customer service" skills. I ordered food in person a few days prior. Then I received a voice mail a few days later from a women saying my pizza was ready for pick up. 🙃 So, of course I thought someone had my credit card information 🙄, because I didnt order more pizzas. I called and talked with the women who called me, she explained the situation that someone more likely entered my number by mistake, but I wasn't charged for anything. I told her to be safe I was going to cancel my card out. She replied to me rudely "do what you want it's your card, but I'm saying nobody charge you anything", so I asked her in return why she was being so rude to me with her tone of voice. Then she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I replied sure. The manager (owner) gets on the phone. I tried to explained how I was spoken too. He in return cut me off and stated "no she didn't I was standing right next to her when she was talking to you". I replied to him as well and asked why he was being rude when he's the manager. Smh. I told him they must not know what good customer services is, if he allows his employees to talk to customer that way. He in return said no one talked to you rudely and saysgood day and hangs up on me! I will not be going to this location again in the future or referring anyone to this location. I'm assuming the person was probably a family member employee and was receiving a pass for being rude to customers. Most managers apologize for the situation and say their sorry for what happen. 😐 But this wasn't the case. In laws were in town and they wanted a thin crust pizza for dinner. We ordered the BBQ chicken and it was pretty good. Also ordered the cheese curds which were good and I enjoyed the meat sauce for dipping. Atmosphere is a little outdated but overall good experience with good food. If the crust gets any thinner it will disappear. Customer service hasn't improved since I was last there a couple of years ago. No need to return. Very overpriced for the poor quality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Takes a little while to get your food ordered by phone. But that's the way it is at a good, busy restaurant. There's a reason you wait. Employees work hard under stressful conditions and the pizza is always the best in town. I'll continue to patronize whenever I get a pizza " Jones ". I've gone their on and off for many years and their pizza is the best in town. A great thin crust. It has little to no frills atmosphere, and service is sometimes lacking if they are busy, but I don't care much. I order pizza for pick up and I always get the best. That's what I came for. I have been eating and or ordering from Broadway Pizza for many years. There’s not been a time that my salad wasn’t fresh, hot food delivered hot and I get what I order. Preferring to order over the phone, the staff is always polite and sound as though they like their jobs. Man I’ve been going to Robbinsdale Broadway Pizza for over a decade but more recently at least two Fridays a month for the least 3 years, either solo or with my kids, we enjoy a pizza & a few other menu items as a tradition. They have the same great taste I’ve loved for years. I recently transitioned to a vegetarian diet & I’m so happy about all of their vegetarian options. I’ll take pictures with my next review, we devoured our food as soon as we picked it up, long day lol. I highly recommend checking them out! This no-frills Broadway location is one of the classics and the pizza seems to taste better here than at other, newer locations. Although they no longer the pizza lunch buffet, there are plenty of options from pizzas to hoagies and they’re all delicious. If you’re going for a quick lunch, allow time for them to make the pizza, as it can take a while and maybe even call ahead. The service is very friendly and welcoming. robinsdale has so few places to get food, it’s honestly sort of sad. but thankfully broadway is around for a quick pizza, cold beer, and simple place to enjoy it! while this pizza isn’t fancy, it’s still delicious and gets the job done!
