Tammy and her staff are incredible! They are always so attentive to making sure the customer has the best experience, each and every time you are in the store. Her fountain drinks, homemade treats, and other food items are always fresh and delicious! She has the most unique gift items and items for practical uses, as well as fun holiday decor. Britt’s is a true treasure for Concordia!

Rude, anxious employees. We left because we didn’t like the way employees were being treated. Twice we overheard the older lady speak condescending to the younger employee. I was taken back by the way and the tone used by the older lady who explained what a banana split was to young child and then when my curious son was watching and told to sit down in his seat we left. I wish she would have said, hey sweetie….. 😂 We didn’t even want to encounter the older lady with our order. I was afraid the way she would speak to us since we had a couple questions about the items we were considering. We may visit again; however, I am thinking the older lady is the owner.

It's a wonderful place to shop. It has a variety of items and prices are reasonable. Makes great gifts for babies, baptisms, bridal showers and other events. You need to check it out.

So many treasures to be found throughout the shop. From sodas and other yummies to antiques and other pretties in back room. I'm sure there's something to be found. Staff was cheerful, energetic and quite helpful
