My wife & I have been coming here for some time. However, the last couple times we've come here the experience has not been the greatest. First & foremost the sandwiches and portions are getting smaller, while prices just seem to be going up. We paid $38 for two sandwiches, which I might add were very small in size. Mine barely had any meat on it, and my wife's chicken salad was not even visible from under the bread. She was not happy and suggested we take a break from coming here for a while. I agreed wholehearted! Then to top it all off. The lady at the cash register charged my credit card more than the receipt was she handed me. Unreal...not a happy customer! I visited this little sandwich shop Saturday, 3/2/24, and ordered the #15 American Roast Beef, with a bowl of chicken wild rice soup. My girlfriend ordered the Cuban Panini. Both sandwiches were amazing and I had to force myself from eating my entire sandwich in one sitting. The soup was also really good. I honestly have no complaints about the food, or the service, or the overall dine-in experience. It was all spectacular. The employees were really friendly and looked genuinely happy to take care of everyone. I would highly recommend visiting this sandwich shop if you're in the area. This was my first time here and I'm sad to say I've missed out on this amazing food for all the years I've lived in the area. Will definitely be coming back a lot. Came in here by myself while visiting Clarkston. I stuck with my same coffee order I go everywhere with. When I got Brioni’s I can say I have never tasted a better coffee than theirs. Breakfast sandwich was also excellent. If you are wanting to go on a casual date with someone, this is the place. Wow came here on lunch, got a soup and sandwich and man everything was phenomenal! Packaged great, amazing customer service and delicious. The only complaint is it’s expensive. 23$ for a sandwich and small soup, but not enough of a complaint to make it 4 stars. This place is a real gem. Really good food, but extremely overpriced proportions. If you don't care about money, and you want a quick, snack sized, full sandwich, (that is what most people I know would consider the size that I received,) then this is the place for you. If you value your money, and what you receive in return for it, you will not be happy with this place. And if you're really hungry, or going to an event, neither will your stomach. This cafe came to me as a recommendation and I’m glad it did. Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The Italian Submarine was delicious! As well as the Mediterranean salad. Lots of color, lots of flavor, and great friendly service! Truly appreciate small restaurants that hold themselves to a level of excellence. Keep it up Brioni Cafe, it’s great!
