Made reservations 2 days in advance. They sat 5 of us at a table for 4. Slow service and all beef dishes were over cooked. Would suggest not going there. The brigade, restaurant, Bozeman, Montana The waitress (Kayla I think )was so disinterested in serving us in a restaurant that wasn’t busy. I had lunch at 3 PM on a Saturday afternoon. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. She went to a bucket of water I guess that had a rag inside and wiped off tables and booths, and never washed her hands afterwards. Then she handles all the silverware plates and sets the table with dirty hands. Gross and who is training these people as I saw several servers do the exact same thing. The food was pedestrian at best. I had a burger it was OK, the ribs were good. Salad was fair. The onion soup was deplorable. They talked about 24 hour bone broth or something in the description…that couldn’t have been true, it was watery And tasteless. I had to ask for ketchup twice never received didn’t fill the water glasses. I ordered ice tea, it was so awful It couldn’t be consumed. I asked for extra glass of ice to try and save the ice tea. She was gone for quite some time came back, set my ice tea on the front counter, waiting on a guy that walked in. She sent him to the bar and left my glass of ice on the counter. I got up and picked it up myself. There are so many other good restaurants in Bozeman I would have no reason to ever return here again. You shouldn’t bother either. The best part about the restaurant is the ambience The food was mediocre. The service was less than mediocre. we had an awesome evening at brigade! we had a very large group, 20 people for a family dinner. most of the food was phenomenal but as expected for a large group there were a few small errors in steak temp, etc. our server, emma, was quick to correct these mistakes, and super kind about it! and once corrected it was phenomenal. very attentive service, incredible food and drinks, and such a nice atmosphere. i definitely recommend!
