Went to brick house tonight and sat at the bar, the bartenders were amazing. Devin was attentive making sure I didn’t run out of beer, and the girl nobles went above and beyond. I asked for chili cheese tots and she went back and made sure I got what I asked. Hard to beat service like that. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I came in for lunch on a Friday right at noon and even though they seemed very busy, I was seated right away. I had the Thai chicken salad and it was delicious! We stayed at a nearby hotel on our way to Florida but because of the reviews we read we decided to try a different restaurant. On our way back we stayed at the same hotel but after being on the road all day we just decided to walk over and give it a chance and are we glad we did. We were seated immediately and our sever Christina was at our table within a few minutes. Drinks and food arrived quickly and was delicious. Christina was attentive, very polite and helpful. I always like to find something positive to say even if the experience was less then perfect, just read my other reviews. The first time we ate here we had to track down a server to come and seat us, then the service was slow once we were seated. The food was mediocre. I always like to give a restaurant a second try, just in case they were just having an off night. Well I went back for a second visit last night (about 6 months after the initial visit) and there was a couple in line in front of us that had been there for a while before we got there. After waiting 5 min and neither of us had any attention, we went and asked a server to be seated once again. Still after another 5 minutes we decided to leave. If we are not treated like paying customers willing to spend our money at their establishment, then the decision to leave is quite easy. I will never recommend this restaurant to family or friends. We ended up going across the street where we were greeted and seated promptly and enjoyed our night. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had been looking for a nice place with good service and very good food for a long time and we found it!!! We sat by the fireplace and it felt like home, D'angelo's service was the best part of the experience, he treated us very attentively and with a lot of love. My first time and loved this place. So cozy sitting couch table side by the fire!! ❤️ And service was really great. Food was very tasty with serene, relaxed atmosphere. Overall super enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

We stopped by to eat here on a Tuesday evening around 4:30. Restaurant did not look too busy. We were seated quickly and drink order was taken soon after. After that service was a little slow. The waitress looked like she was working extra hard. It looked like they were understaffed. I really want to give this place 5 stars, but service is a little too slow. Almost all the food was cold and old except the duck wings, lobster mac and cheese, (which took over 45 minutes to get), tater tots and the tiny steak. Had to ask for the manager who was very rude and dismissive. The BBQ pork grilled cheese sandwich was burnt, cold, and barely had any meat on it. We had to get that taken off the bill. The pork chops were so dry you could barely cut them with a steak knife. We sent it back for a new order of the same dish. They tried to double charge for one of the meals and then when they brought the new order out it was a totally different cut of pork chop than the first order. This time it was a bone in larger pork chop but was under cooked. We left before we could finish because the experience was that bad... The new pork chop had to be put back in the oven to completely cook it once we got home. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Ambitious menu with zero quality execution and poor leadership.
