I hate to give brays a bad review, been going here most my life. but they have been going downhill fast. 1 visit they were out of 2liters for the 10pack, another visit they were out of fries. Neither time was I given a reduced price or compensation in any way shape or form. Best burger in the country! Far better than the overrated In-n-Out. Steamed bun, fresh beef, hearty pickle, grilled onions, ketchup and mustard. 10/10. Customer service also friendly and excellent. What a rare gem. You go out of your way for these hamburgers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered 2 doubles and fries with a medium chocolate cherry shake. The burgers were absolutely delicious! The fries were decent, nothing spectacular. The shake was very good. How can you go wrong with chocolate cherry? My wife and son also enjoyed their food. I will definitely be coming back to this joint another time. I wholeheartedly recommend this joint to anyone thinking about visiting or if your looking to get some food and your nearby. My first time at this location, and it was a very positive experience! The young men working there were very well mannered and respectful. Honestly, I don't see why anyone complains about this Bray's location. You can beat the selection and price versus fast food. Much better quality and the prices are outstanding. Hight recommend!!! I’ve been reading reviews on this place, long life customers have been giving a one star because they changed the style of restaurant. No waitress, no sitting at the counter as a younger person I absolutely love no waitresses. The waitresses ruin orders all the time and have attitudes. I give this place 5 stars, run your business your way not the way these old folks want you to run, you’ll get new younger business. The old folks don’t spend money anyway and always want a deal or ask for specials in this neighborhood. I love to see a change in business. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was the first and last time eating at Brays. The fries were cool to the touch. I thought they were just old so I proceeded to eat them anyway. Upon chewing, they were practically frozen in the middle. I had to put them in the air fryer to finish the cooking process. I ordered a side of cheese sauce, it was flavorless. Then, the burger is so thin! The bottom bun alone is twice the size of the patty. Bun to burger ratio is far off! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This has to be the grossest, most over priced, dirtiest, nastiest place I have a been to!! Had always wanted to visit this place, now I wish I had left it on the place wanting to try... I'm not sure how you can screw up fried onions much less not be able to cook a once ounce hamburger!! Fries were RAW!! Hire someone from McDonald's to give your dishwasher better cooking skills. Food has declined no servers. You can't sit up at the food bar. The special sauce on the belly Buster. It's no longer 1000 island now. They're putting mayonnaise on it. nothing special about that, very disappointed. Been eating here for over 40 years Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Good burgers. First time eating here. Patties are bit thinner than I expected (thinner than McDonald's but better tasting) but definitely tastes very good. I had Combo #5, comes with double cheeseburger with fries and drink. Service was very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I was hungry so I ordered a second double cheeseburger and a hot dog. Second burger was good also and the hot dog was good too. Definitely I will be back next time I'm in the area.
