Shockingly terrible service at the drive through. They forgot to ring up our ice cream (a single, small cone), so the cashier refused to give it to us. We offered to pay, but he didn't want to walk to the other register to ring it up, so he said no, we couldn't even buy it. I asked for a manager, and he said he WAS the manager - Melvin. My mind was blown how he refused to make it right in any way. I told him I'd be leaving a review and he just shrugged. He truly does not care. I'll never go to this Braum's again. Service: 1

If you want service, do not go inside. All employees were focused on the drive thru. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Good and cheap! I still prefer TCBY cause white chocolate mousse is life, but it's still good! I did knock a star because most of tables were sticky or dirty. But, it definitely isn't a deal breaker. I'd definitely pick this over Baskin Robbins, no question there!

Decent food and ok prices, I got the bag of burgers (with ketchup and Mayo, no pickles), my partner got the chicken tenders with fries. Everything came out correctly and fairly quick, although the portions for the tenders was pretty small for the price. It wasn’t busy when we went in, but got busy right after we ordered. Once we finished our food my partner grabbed his sundae, which he paid for up front and asked if he could get it after he ate. It took a little bit to get the double scoop Sunday, but at this point there were at least another 5 ice cream shakes or sundae’s being made, so we understood. Overall we would recommend!
