PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!! My wife, my young daughter and I ate at the Branded Steakhouse this evening 3-8-24. Most of the food is phenomenal! I ordered the prime rib with mashed potatoes w/ gravy and the mac&cheese. The cut was perfect on the prime. The potatoes were real and the gravy was stellar! The mac&cheese unfortunately fell short of the standard of any real steak house. My wife got a pork&pickle sandwich. She was satisfied My daughter got a grilled cheese with fries. She was satisfied. Although the butter was not great with the breas we got. Now for the service. The service was so far below standard that it ruined my experience. Other tables in other sections were getting their drinks and rolls mere moments after ordering. We weren't so lucky. We waited for what seemed like 10 minutes between drinks and rolls. It took nearly 20 minutes before we were even asked for our order. The waitress had zero drive to engage with us or try to up sell anything. It was so rushed i didn't get a chance to order an appetizer. She really missed an opportunity to help the business. Once we got our order the waitress seemed slightly more attentive to us than before, but did nothing to make us feel welcome. We got the "how is everything?" And she was walking away before we could respond. The hostess was sub par as well. She couldn't find us a high chair, and forgot our kids menu. She was continually going to another customers table and eating off their table(I assume she knew them) then returning to her station without washing her hands. She was even handing out rolled silverware after licking her fingers! There is a DESPERATE need for training and oversight. If you're going to charge prime prices for prime food, have prime service! We would love to support your business, but won't if the service doesn't improve. Great food, nice fun clean place. Called ahead for seating of 10. Great server, fast service, freshly made food and desserts. Fried pickles, fried onion rings, Sirloin steak (was ok), catfish, chopped steak, salmon, bar b que platter, chicken fingers all good

Had heard this was a good steakhouse. My wife and I had high hopes. Unfortunately we were disappointed. When you pay $38.99 for a ribeye you would think it would be great. Neither my steak or my wife's KC strip were warm at all by the time it was brought to us. We drove 30 minutes to get there and won't be going back. Our salads ended up being the best part of the meal. The waitress said she would take them back to be fixed. Since we already had waited 40 minutes we said no. I think it’s overpriced for what it is… and no it’s not that expensive. The meat is just dry and that’s upsetting when you pay $20 for the platter. The brisket is the driest brisket I’ve ever had. This was very pleasant. I got the bbq platter so I could try a little bit of everything. And boy was it all good. That meat is seasoned you can really taste it on that brisket. Like all bbq places the brisket was a little dry, however it was warm and had a great flavor. The pulled pork was excellent and so was the ribs. As for the sides these were just good not much to say. Our waitress was excellent and made sure we never went thirsty. Only compliant I have is, it's a little over expensive. and it took a little to long to get our food on a night not to busy. Excellent service from Elmer (see pic). Tasty filet and salmon. Cole slaw without too much sauce. Steak sauces on request and water that magically fills just as needed. We don't drink but there is a long bar in a separate area. A huge area with only a few tables and several; booths; suitable for dancing when the weekend bands play.(see schedule). Try the Garlic Parmesan Buffalo wings. They could make a whole meal! Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

I want to give 5 stars but I can't . Let's start with positives. Large spacious parking lot. Very clean and isn't quiet but definitely not loud (can't stand a loud restaurant). Server was super friendly. Now the room for improvement is, our server was terribly over worked. Very little service due to the fact she was working all the tables. A long wait for our food and my sandwich was cold. Seems like some staffing could greatly improve the experience so I will probably try again in the future, fingers crossed. Outstanding food and spectacular service! The last couple times we've had grisly BBQ Burnt Ends but the rack of ribs were amazing! In addition, all the food has been amazing, and well prepared with spectacular flavor! 🙌 The "outdoor live entertainment" is a bonus to this small undeserving community! The turnout is normally dismal and disappointing for the entire staff! I've heard the complaints about the food prices, but, they're not out of line one bit! Visit this place and you'll never regret it, as you become a repeat customer! Outstanding! Talk to the owner "Randy" and he'll welcome you with open arms! Quite impressive! We ate about 430 on a Saturday afternoon. Super clean and fast. So delicious. Everything from the rolls to the fries were amazing, the pork belly burnt ends were salty and tender. We both ordered burgers that were juicy and cooked to perfection. Our kids are particular and loved the grilled cheese and chicken tenders. Our waitress was super nice. Portions were plentiful.
