Very nice offering for a hotel restaurant. I had a very nice salad with salmon and my wife had a smash burger, both were very good at the end of long day of travel. A very nice option not requiring an Uber ride. Would recommend!

It's airport food, pricier than many other places.
Nice lounge. Order from the bar for very fast service when pressed for travel.

Excellent service but I feel that $12 for each 10-12oz pour of beer is robbery, especially when they don’t even put the prices on the menu for beer.

Brisket was disappointing and sides were not stellar. The walleye was the saving grace of the meal, but it wasn't any different than other walleye dishes in the rest of the state.

When I return from business trips, my husband meets me at the Bradstreet Crafthouse. It's our date night for the weeks I travel. We sit at the bar, share an entre, and talk about our week. The bartender Bob is a joy! He makes great drinks and pops in for a few lively glips to our conversation.

Really great food — I had an impossible burger with a really nice fresh salad. Service is always friendly. Prices for food are reasonable ($20 for burger and salad), but the drinks are overpriced. My normal IPA set me back $12. I don’t think that foosball table in the photo is still there.

The walleye was great its a starter but a meal in itself. The galic fries are worth it if they are free with your meal they are enough for 3-4 people to share. I wish they tosses the fries in the garlic sauce before bringing them out so it Melts into the fries evenly but that's just a preference.

Flight delays left us with no other options of food to eat. We arrived one hour before closing at 10pm and were stuck overnight. Our waitress, Gwen, took ten minutes to take our order, then thirty minutes just to bring us one round of drinks in a not even 1/4th full restaurant (where there were multiple other servers) while being very attentive to her other tables. After stopping my sister mid sentence during ordering and telling her she was being rude, telling her to “write it down or something” and storming off, we were completely baffled by that waitress’s behavior. She took so long that three separate times we went to the bar to ask if they could just let us open up a new tab at the bar since our waitress was taking her sweet time. The atmosphere was nice, the food was okay, the drinks were poured nice and strong, and there was a LOVELY young deaf lady who helped us FAR more than our waitress. You need more people like her and less like Gwen. Maybe she was having a bad day, but with that attitude she should not be dealing with customers.
