TERRIBLE SYSTEM to try to get lanes here. We put our name down on the wait list and were told that it would be about a 90 minute wait. We came back two hours later and they said it would be another hour even though there were many lanes open aside from the bowling league lanes. There wasn’t anyone in line and they still wouldn’t give us a lane. It is clear that they prioritize groups that paid large amounts of money to reserve a lane ahead of time. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Came here at 2pm and were told we were on the wait-list, after about two hours we came back and they told us they lost our reservation on the wait-list, and that it would be another hour or so, we came back again 2 hours later and they said they don't have anything until 8pm, the manager didn't even talk to us and brushed us off. We came at 2pm and they wanted us to bowl at 8pm. Absolutely unbelievable service and wasted everyone's time. Don't waste your effort with these people if you actually want to bowl at a reasonable time.

We came at 2pm to go bowling with our Groupon and got added to the wait-list they also couldn't give me an estimated wait time. Came back around 4 to check where we were in the queue and said that they couldn't find me the manager did not want to do anything to help us and basically said "too bad". Got added to the wait list again, came back at 6 and they said they couldn't find me AGAIN. I asked if there was anything he could do and was told no, so I asked for a manager. The manager came up and didn't even acknowledge me and told the employee that he's too busy to deal with me and to just tell them no. So I waited 4 hours to just have my spot lost on the list twice and then told to go kick sand. Will not be coming back.

Had a great experience here last night. Fun music, nice lanes and stiff drinks. We were just engaged at our previous stop and my future wife let the bartender know, and he stepped his game up for us as well as another staff member. Thanks for making our special night a little better.

We had a blast playing games while waiting for our lanes to open. They have free games too! We are serious Jenga players! 😂They even have a cornhole set They get busy on the weekends. Plan to wait up to 1-2 hours for a lane on busy nights. Great place to spend time with friends and family ❤️

Sarah was amazing in putting the perfect package together for us. My hubby graduation from college celebration/birthday. Everyone had a blast. We had the unlimited bowling, bar (2hrs) unlimited arcade for 1hr. Drinks were good. We order two things of chicken nachos.

After striking out to get a lane somewhere else, we booked a lane online at Bowlero in San Marcos and absolutely LOVED the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at check-in and getting set up, the food and drink were good, including a lovely surprise cookie delivery from the manager. This was a family day, and the kids and adults equally loved the experience. We'll be back!

Had a corporate event here, checked all the boxes. Was very entertaining everyone enjoyed themselves. However food was just your typical microwave style it seemed.
