My wife and I visited Boulevard Brew on Monday. Before I provide any further details I want to reference something that Brad, the owner, mentioned in his response to her Yelp! review. He says that he reviewed his security cameras before composing his response and here was the conversation as it happened as if he is providing a transcript of the video. He even presents it in a transcript form referring to himself in the third person. First of all if he actually has a video with audio of our entire interaction I would ask him to download the video from his system and upload it to YouTube, Facebook, or some other platform and provide a link as a response to my review. I think it will make it crystal clear what actually happened regarding the conversation. Even his last comment of his response inferring that she downloaded the Yelp! app solely to bash a local business shows his intent. The fact that she is never posted a negative review about any business ever should show that this is something that really upset her. And to be clear places like Yelp!, Google Reviews, & Facebook, are places where legitimate paying customers are entitled to share their experience with other people to hopefully help prevent them from experiencing something similar. I'm sorry that Brad feels that someone honestly sharing their negative experience at his coffee shop is perceived to be bashing. At this point I would just ask him to share the video so that way it completely removes any "he said", "she said" from the equation and everyone can see exactly how things went down. If you are looking for the perfect setting to lounge and read a good book and enjoy a delicious coffee and pastry this is the place ! This was me and my mother’s first time trying this place out and I can honestly say I’m very impressed! Thank you Mr.Brad for the hospitality today ! My coffee was so good. I got the spooky halloween drink, the espresso was so smooth and not bitter at all. Plus the inside is really beautiful and the man who took our order was so kind! When I think, what would be my perfect local coffee spot? This place is EVERYTHING PLUS!!! Not only do they have frappes- they are possibly THE BEST IN TOWN! Reasonably priced? ✅ bagels? ✅ blueberry AND cinnamon was OFF THE CHAIN!!! toasted with cream cheese ✅ Locally owned- and operated by owner? ✅ even better!! He’s actually a kewl cat- and gave us 2 free drink cards our first visit! Never acted annoyed by the plethora of questions or pics I was taking- instead invited me to look around at the lounge area in back! Decor? On point! All art work is from a local artist PLUS they offer smaller prints, for us broke people too poor to drop 2k on some painted canvas! All around LOVE THIS PLACE! ps at night it turns into a lounge/ bar that offers live performances on Friday and Saturday!!! This place is so legit!!! I always choose this over Starbucks. Especially when they had alternative dairy options like oatmilk before Starbucks. Came here on a recommendation and I’m glad I did! The Mayan Mocha is amazing. Warm & relaxing atmosphere, there are games for customers to use, this place displays artwork by local TCU students (also for purchase), and the service is friendly. I brought my 2 boys and they were made to feel welcome. There’s a nice selection of drinks and pastries. It’s priced the same as Starbucks, but I prefer that it’s locally owned. The service is a little slow, but I think that’s the case everywhere nowadays. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing spot! I got the Mayan Mocha iced... delicious! Great music selection, wonderful pieces of local art displayed, and they provide such an enjoyable ambiance. This is my first time here and Manny was very helpful and answered all my questions about the drinks they offer. They also offer a conference room and advertising for businesses. Such a cute location and really good food! We got the chicken salad croissant and the pesto turkey sandwich, and both were delicious! Plus the meals come with a Greek salad and potato salad, plenty of food for a hearty lunch! The ginger peach tea was very refreshing! I wish we had tried this place sooner, we’ll definitely be back!
