Have been to other Brisbois bakeries in the country they are ok but for this shop in Mersch regrettable that they are closed on Sunday and that they dis not keep the sitting area of the previous owner. Was always nice to have a coffee and cake there. Now it lost its soul and is just a commercial bakery with no more local touch or spirit.

In this bakery you can find a simple but high-quality assortment of bread and cakes. A big advantage is that it opens very early at 6 in the morning. I am happy to find this in Steinsel.

Je suis allé dans cette boulangerie car la vitrine était attirantes et L'équipe est accueillante . C'est bien joué !!! Il n'y a que des produits surgelés à l'image de ce pain au chocolat sans saveur . Les sandwichs sont ridicules ,surgelés aussi et avec peu de garniture, autant aller dans une station service . Ils n'ont pas la prétention de se dire boulanger

Mon avis sur les petits pains achetés. Rien à voir avec un vrai boulanger. Pratiquement immangeable le lendemain de l'achat. Pour moi, du congelé industriel.
