Cosy, quirky pancake house with a big car park and plenty of bike parking. I had my favourite Bacon and cheese pancake and it didn’t disappoint! Service was very good despite them being really busy when we went. Meal type Lunch Price per person €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cute place next to a wonderful national reservation. The pea soup was really nice (though I still struggle with the soup portion size in the Netherlands 😋 half or even less compared to East European Countries). The pancake was ok. What a wonderful little place! The location is absolutely incredible, right next to the national park. The building is very rustic and looks great with a really nice outside dining area. The inside harks back to a previous age with an open fire for cold days. The bathrooms however are super modern and clean. The food was nice, pancakes great and service super friendly and attentive. It just seems a lot of money for a pancake is all! Don't get me wrong, prices on everything are high at the moment, but 35 odd euro for 2 pancakes and 3 drinks for an afternoon snack seems a bit much. Very atmospheric place with efficient staff. The dishes are not expensive but big. There is big selection of beer. The pancakes are delicious. Read menu carefully, some dishes including pancakes are quite spicy. There is outdoor and indoor spaces to eat. Nice place to take a break from walking in the waterleiding duinen. I only had a ginger tea, which was very good. Can't judge the food. Meal type Other Price per person €1–10 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Nice "out of the way" spot on our Southern CycleTour. Stopped for tea, coffee, drinks and the atmosphere. Only negative, they don't take Master Card. Very quaint place. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Tasty food, well arranged on the plate, which denotes the attention and care of the chef. Very kind and attentive staff. I appreciated the fact that he warned us that it would take a little longer until we were served because there were many customers. It is a proof of correctness. In other restaurants, they take your order and you can wait for an hour. Cosy and attractive atmosphere. If you are in the area, don't miss it, I recommend it!!! Amazing Dutch vibe the food is original but everything seems to be very sweet. Even the pancake with meet and mushroom is sweet. Even the burger is sweet. I don't know maybe that's Dutch style.
