Good morning everybody Saturday, March 2 the wife and I set out on a journey to Waynesville North Carolina to the quaint small little town. We were on Main Street and we found a couple of really good gyms. The first one is this place.Boojum brewery and taproom they do serve food we opted not to try the food that day just a couple of craft beers. We had lunch at a different gym that we found in this town who would know stay tuned for that one prices are decent good selection of craft beers, the food we did see coming out through the kitchen really look good so when we go back, we will sample the food and do a review on that one and I am adding photos Price per person $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My cousin and I dropped by here for lunch on the way to pick up a truck. I had the Smash Burger and the Winter Warmer Ale. The burger was delicious as were the fries. My husband & I would never have chosen to eat here on our one night stay in the area but we were in Waynesville on a Monday night and literally all the “foodie” restaurants were closed! (We love brewery restaurants & eat in them when we have our adult kids but when it’s just the two of us, this would not have been our first choice). After a cold day of exploring and shopping we wanted a really good meal. We popped in here because it was almost our only option and WOW! We are so glad we did! The Ahi nachos were as good as our favorite place to eat them in Hawaii! Service was excellent. We are so glad this was an accidental finding! Place was ok busy. Said it was 35 minute wait but only 15. We have been coming since 2020 and every time we come food is smaller and service declines. This time we got no silverware and never brought my husbands last beer so we paid and left. Enjoyed the Boojum Brewery Taproom. They were super busy on a Saturday afternoon. The service was friendly and efficient. We shared a bunch of apps- the pretzel, the fried green beans and the fries. One of the best spots in town! Staff is great, beer is great, and food is great. Best appetizers are the whistle pigs and the green bean fries. The poke bowls, lobster rolls grit bowl, and Gouda chicken are absolutely amazing. They also have NFL ticket so you can catch any NFL game. Great food and great people. We went to Waynesville on a day trip from our home. We like to try new places to eat and someone had commented on the fish and chips. So we had to try it. My husband got the fish and chips and I had the Baja tacos. We both enjoyed our food very much. Both had the cod which was lightly breaded and fresh tasting. My tacos had amazing toppings. Kelly was our server and she did a perfect job. Cute town with ample parking. From out of town, have visited three times during my vacations in Asheville. Worth the side trip. Cute town and Boojum adds to the charm. Great patio. Good food and beer selection. Enjoyed the fish tacos but especially the Cloudy IPA. My son said the black bean burger was good ad were the fried green beans. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
