I really love this place for its staff, location, food, and atmosphere but Im sad to say I avoid going here now because they don’t have free wifi and cell service is spotty at best in the area. As a college student I would love to have a place in town to study, and I used to go here all the time but unfortunately this is not the place anymore. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

We had an unfortunate incident with a raving staff person named Abbey who decided that ranting and raving about how she could “lose her license”. Upon entry of the establishment she had already exhibited an attitude. I decided to go against my better judgment and still give this place my money. To Abbey: The most appropriate response for ANY customer is to calmly walk over to a customer and have a polite conversation. The most unfortunate part is that we were going to purchase a few books from the bookstore but that incident turned our stomachs and we decided to leave. If you love rude service and waiting 30 minutes for a latte then this is the cafe for you. If you just adore being treated poorly, interact with the heavy set blonde barista. She’s a pure joy. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Attempted to order coffee and was directed to another line with no prior indication that a specific line was required, also the staff was obnoxious about it. Food was average, obviously brought in and not prepared on site. Service is horrific, waited 30min for two coffees. We stopped for lunch on the way to Mt Equinox. Mistake! Slow service. Beer was stale and had floaties in it. Soup was cold. Won't return. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
