I used to frequent this location quite often, and they were great. Over the last year, the service has gone way downhill. They consistently mess up their carry out orders. You will receive a text message saying that your order is ready, and when you respond with what parking spot you are in, they never bring it out to your vehicle. You have to call the location and talk to someone on the phone and then wait another 10 minutes to get your cold food. Then, when you get the food home the lettuce is brown. First off, reserving a table online was so simple and efficient! Second, our server was an actual super star. We ended up being a party of 12 and he balanced all of our orders and questions with honesty and grace; all while being pleasant. I was torn between the Lilly’s Chicken or Cheese burger and he informed me that the burgers were looking amazing that night- he didn’t lead me a stray! My cheeseburger was juicy and well seasoned and the soup I got tasted 10x’s better when I reheat it the next day. The mocktails are also pretty yummy. Note: Personally, I’m a big Brussels sprout person and these aren’t my fave but they’re by no means bad! With that being said, the chocolate chip cookie and ice cream for dessert is always a winner. I also have to give it up for their bread and olive oil/herb blend, it’s one of the most consistently delicious things about them. :) Overall, even though I went on a bustling Friday night, they accommodated us well, were pleasant, had a lovely atmosphere, prepared food we were all satisfied with, and did it all at a reasonable price. Really enjoy paying for potential food poisoning.... Picked up this completely raw pork (this was actually microwaved 2 minutes before cutting into it) and the side of broccoli couldn't even get a decent blanch. It's Tuesday, not peak hour on the weekend. This is just wreckless and dangerous. I realize you're a "fish" place but not everyone eats fish. We usually love everything at Bonefish. Last visit I was disappointed with my seafood pasta dish. The scallops tasted fishy and there was only one shrimp in it. The waiter saw I didn’t eat it and promptly deleted it from the bill which I really appreciated. My daughter’s steak and salad was delicious!
