I had grilled rainbow trout and corn/clam chowder. They were excellent! I was with a party of 5, including 2 in mid eighties, 2 in mid 70s and one in mid 60s. Wilson, the server, was so kind and patient. Others who brought the food out were equally attentive. We had a wonderful dining experience. Set a reservation for our anniversary, which fell on Valentine's Day. Showed up 15 minutes early. They had our reservation but said they were busy so we would have to wait an hour. They were seating walking before us, so basically ignored our reservation. Ruined the evening. We went elsewhere and got burgers instead. Wife and I stopped in for lunch. First I would like to say our server Wilson was excellent, made recommendations, was polite, attentive, and pleasant to speak with. Servers make all the difference. We had the bang, bang shrimp as an appetizer which was s great, we split it. My wife had the Salmon special which she enjoyed, but would have like more sauce. I had the Grouper special which was ok and also could have used more sauce. We enjoyed our meal, I wouldn’t say it was fine dining, but the food was good and the service excellent. I was part of a group of 13 that dined at Bonefish Grill (3580 Wedgewood Ln, 32162) Saturday, December 9, 2023. We arrived without a reservation, but the staff quickly set up an area for us. Our server, Wilson, was very attentive to our needs and made sure everything ran smoothly. All orders were accurate and the service was superb. We will definitely go back and request that we be seated at one of Wilson's tables. It was an okay experience but the food was bland and I needed the lemon butter for the salmon and the brussel sprouts to have flavor. Also the corn chowder lacked flavor and was returned. Ashley was very nice and pleasant. For a $70 lunch, I was not impressed.
