Heard employees using foul language through drive thru, was told to pull up to wait on fresh tenders by the time we got the food 20 minutes later it was cold and some of the order was missing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was fresh but it seems like 9 out 10 times we come to this location something is missing from our orders. In the beginning we thought it was because of a new crew but now I don't know what the issue is. I've worked fast food and I know it can be hectic, but almost every time we come here something is missing. We've started checking the bag while we are at the window (extending the wait times) just to be sure everything is there. It's a hassle that shouldn't be happening this often. I went through drive thru and heard employees private conversation while I was TRYING to place my order. All I wanted was a biscuit. She said what else? I said that is all, politely for the 2nd time. She said I don't know who she's yelling at!!!!! First off, I never raised my voice. I drove up to the window and told them I didn't appreciate hearing their personal conversation while trying to place my order and told them to keep their biscuit. I will never go back there EVER! SO GREAT!! I'm so happy they reopened this place!!! I have came here a few times and ate inside usually I go through the drive thru(which is always good for when you're in a rush) but when I went in there everyone was kind I order and by the time I sat down my food was done ✅ and it was fresh everything was exactly what I expected looked just like the picture on the menu.
