Cute pub, loads of choice drink wise, staff friendly. Crazy busy but then again it was the Christmas medieval festival weekend

Very cozy (dark wooden interior) English-style pub with a good and tasty selection of beers and ales and really tasty food that are well portioned and at a reasonable price. There is a nice beer garden in the bak which is really enjoyable when the weather allows (summer time). Unexpectedly nice place, and the only one that had Wisby sour ales (not that I checked all the places on town though). The brisket sandwich exceeded expectations as well. The best place is the backyard, well isolated from tourists. They have even the loudspeakers isolated in birdhouses. So, even though being an Irish pub, it has some touch of local treats, and is actually located in a rather authentic old house. The staff was nice, too. Stairs into the backyard are apparently slippery when wet, but there seems to be a side entrance from another street, too. A really nice place with nice ambience and awesome food. I ordered shepherds pie and goat cheese with walnut salad. And both the dishes were delicious. There is a lot of seating’s (even a underground place with cozy ambiance). Overall really impressive place with delicious food and wide options for drinks too. Ah, a place living up to its rating. A stone throw away from the "main" tourist street lies this British style pub. Delicious food, very considerate personnel, "normal" draft beers (not only Wisby this and that which you see at other places) - highly recommended.

A preserved piece of genuine English pub atmosphere in the Island. The local IPA beer is a treat, the mussels are one of the best I ever had, if the fries could be freshly peeled the place would be a five star. The lady chef makes you feel home the moment you enter, and the gentleman serves you with a smile and deep knowledge of your drink. Don't miss this place! Opened on evenings only
