Attempted to ordered a drink here for the first time via drive-thru. The barista was rude and slightly unprofessional. We asked if we could make a certain type of drink and she mentioned multiple times that it will be “very expensive,” as if she was trying to discourage me buying the drink. After telling her it’s okay and I still wanted to have it made, she seemed irritated for us to proceed. We decided to not purchase anything for this coffee spot. Don’t assume just because a drink is “expensive,” that a customer won’t buy it, especially if that’s what they requested and you could make it. Smh we will go to Starbucks.
