Got the California omelette. Highly recommend light and healthy. Hash browns are thick freshly cut. All the food is delicious. Great place to stop by and get a good hearty meal. I usually come for breakfast food which you could get all day. But they have lunch and dinner options as well.

I recently had the pleasure of brunching at the Black Bear Diner located between Tropicana and Jones in Las Vegas, accompanied by my wife and a visiting couple from Phoenix. The experience was delightful from start to finish. The diner’s ambiance strikes a charming balance, offering a cozy yet inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for both casual outings and special gatherings.
Our group decided to indulge and ordered a variety of dishes, and I’m pleased to report that each one was a hit. The menu at Black Bear Diner is extensive, ensuring that there’s something for everyone, from hearty breakfast classics to satisfying lunch options. What stood out to me was not just the quality of the food, which was undeniably delicious, but also the portions, which were generous to say the least. It’s the kind of place where you’re guaranteed to leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face.
Service was another highlight of our visit. The staff was efficient and attentive, ensuring our orders were taken promptly and our needs met without delay. It’s always refreshing to find a spot where the service complements the dining experience, and Black Bear Diner excelled in this regard.
The bill came to $93 for the four of us, which I found to be quite reasonable considering the amount and quality of food we enjoyed. It’s the type of value that makes Black Bear Diner a safe bet for anyone looking for a reliable casual dining experience.
In summary, my visit to Black Bear Diner was a thoroughly enjoyable one. From the inviting location and swift service to the scrumptious food, everything aligned to create a memorable meal. It’s a place that’s definitely on my list for a return visit, and I’d recommend it to anyone in the Las Vegas area looking for a satisfying diner experience.

They were super busy today at around 10am. I was put on the waiting list and barely waited 15mins. I was in quick, everyone was nice and efficient. The food quality did not suffer due to the amount of people in house. I was very impressed with both service and food. Black Bear Diner is always great.

I've been coming to this location since it was the only one in Vegas probably 25+ years. Always great home cooking, great service and great desserts. Today our governor Lombardo actually was here too. Quality
