Thank you for having a clean, well staffed oasis for us after a long travel day. Our server was friendly and welcoming, maybe be a little more attentive. I've been to other Black Bear Diner locations, and the one in Madras is pretty solid. Its decor did not disappoint and had a lot of cute bear statues. The chain is known for their American comfort food, and they have a good selection over here, I would definitely recommend their delicious pot roast. They also have some great options for iced tea. Our service was nice and efficient. Prices are also pretty fair too.
