Had such a great experience at this BJs, our server Chelsey was AMAZING. 10/10 service, drinks, and food!!! Everything came out so quick and was delicious. The only issue I had was we got seated at a dirty table at first but they moved us as soon as I said something. Will definitely be returning. I always love the concept of this big beautiful restaurant but the overall experience is mid in the execution. We came late, 10:30pm, for dinner. I had the tortilla soup which was the highlight. It had chicken, corn, cilantro and even chunks of avocado. My dude had a burger that was a beef patty topped with brisket and bacon! Once again the concept is exciting but the execution was mid. I have always had a fondness of B.J.'s., with their original menu items and inhouse made dressings and sauces. I always do enjoy the food, though lately I've had multiple, eh... It's ok, to if I hadn't done hospitality 20 yrs and sympathize, to horrible. It ranges from food over cooked or under cooked. Sides and Items asked and discussed not delivered. Sorry, I don't order alcohol much there, so I don't get my water refilled but once if I'm lucky. Usually I still am mostly satisfied with my food, even if it's not served as ordered. That is part of what has me come back as well as most are friendly matching the atmosphere. As a single person at this restaurant I am treated as If I'm not there or I'm not a big tip so"I won't waste my time" serving him. It's a horrible practice and trust me, not one you should allow or have employees who act like that. Was excited to stop here after a show. Upon entry the hostess was on her phone texting. We were brought to a table next to a large birthday party for a child. We asked for a seat that was less busy. And we’re seated on the other side of same birthday party. Adults without children generally don’t want to be seated next to children. When you can see full open seats all over. It was great. It was a family night out enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere, was on point the employees, manger was very sincere & helpful. Food, drinks was fabulous. Our waitress was excellent, but we could tell she was tired so we left her a nice tip. ☆☆☆☆☆ cudos to all the BJs family, employees.. Came back again to visit, was going to ask for Sharon, but there was a wait so i sat at the bar. But to my surprise she was working behind the bar!! She remembered me from weeks ago... she even remembered what i ate!! That's someone who really is a novice at her job!! This time she made me an Espresso Martini and it's the best one of had as of yet!! That girl was getting so so busy but yet never broke a sweat nor lost her smile. She was always making sure me and all the other bar guests were taken care of which at most bars they get lost with the rest of the restaurants drinks and stuff. She had a great rhythm and it worked amazingly. Thank you again Sharon for an always great visit!!!
