The customer service is abysmal. They don't greet people, they ignored us in the lobby for 10 minutes to only give me a snotty look when my husband finally got their attention. To get their attention he had to bang on the counter because knocking on the window wasn't doing it. The girl with the black hair is rude and very unprofessional. If you go here expect a slow and rude experience. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't bother. Waited inside as the only people for about 10 minutes before we had to bang on the counter for any one of the 4 workers to even look at us. We just left. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’m guessing everyone here is new and/or extremely understaffed, 32 minutes to get 2 drinks and there were only 2 cars in front of us at the drive thru. They simply don’t know what they are doing.

How 5 employees manage to consistently take 7-10 minutes to prepare a cold brew will never make sense to me. I could understand if they're slammed. I could even understand once in a blue moon, things happen. But every time? And when I'm the only car in the drive through? How is this even possible? That's after pulling up to the speaker and being asked to wait a full two minutes before ordering. I'm the only customer at the store, what on earth are you doing that you ask me to wait that long just to take my order?
