Betty's is a cute little restaurant. My mom and I love the decor and how they've renovated the building. She likes the hamburgers and I love their chicken fingers. They're pounded out flatter and wider, so it's almost a chicken cutlet. They're delicious. I also love the chocolate cream pies. We tried the pistachio ice cream once and didn't like it (just not hitting our palate right, but could be great on yours). I also felt it had a fatty mouth feel that I didn't like. I will eventually try one of their other ice creams to see if it's just their recipe for ice cream or if it was that flavor. The bathroom is outside and you ask them for the key. It is also renovated and very cute. The staff are friendly, and if it's not too busy they will often stop to chitchat. We really enjoy Betty's and would recommend it to everyone. You do have to order your sides separate from your burger/chicken fingers, and they only allow 1 free refill with pop (no outside drinks allowed). So it's not the cheapest place, but it's not super expensive either. Everything is made fresh, I've been 4 times now and never had a cold fry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really outstanding place in Douglas Kansas. Rustic chic interior and not a lot of seating. Outstanding burgers and homemade ice cream that is the most velvety creamy and best tasting ever! Oh, it's called Betty's. Way out of the way for most people, but if you're ever near Douglas, stop in. Friendly staff and excellent service ! I had the Black Knight burger which is their signature burger with onion crispers , bbq sauce and pepper-jack cheese. The BLT was with croissant bread very buttery and a perfect amount of crisp . I will be visiting again. They had very clean bathrooms too!
