They were having a rough night when I came in but made it right for minimal inconvenience. The ticket for my order was misplaced so they offered to refund or remake. I needed food so I opted to wait. They rushed my order and even gave me a free order cinnamon sticks for the trouble. Pizza was good, cinnamon sticks awesome. Will go back when I'm in town again. The food is always delicious and the kitchen busy when I visit. The staff is friendly and accommodating to their patrons. My only complaint is maybe someone (perhaps at a higher level) should look into putting a cap on online orders. The staff gets overwhelmed by multiple orders dropping in a very short span of time.
