Hidden restaurant worth the find. We enjoyed dinner tonight; grilled chicken, fried catfish, fries, grilled zuchunni, a baked potato, and--without a doubt--the best beef soup we have ever had. So good! Fries actually tasted like potatoes and I don't know how you fry catfish that is both crispy on the ends and tender throughout. The homemade cocktail sauce was wonderful. Don't miss the pistachio pudding on the salad bar. Tony--the chef and Shelby--our waitperson made us feel welcome and took such good care of us. Clearly, we'll be back. Started out with the fried cheese, recommended by our awesome waitress. I gave her 2 choices for my entree and told her to choose and surprise me. She chose the smothered chicken and omg it was deeeeelicious. The hubs got the chicken fried chicken with mac n cheese. It was cooked to perfection. Our entrees came with an all you can eat salad bar and 1 side. I expected a "nice, sit down" restaurant being that it was a steakhouse but it was more chill and relaxed. Can't wait to come back. Thank you Shelby for the recommendations and being one of the best servers we've had in awhile. When we return, we'll definitely ask for you! *Edit* The jalepeno pork chop is deeelish! My wife had the KC steaks with my kids and I had the NY strip. I will say it was ok! I definitely would not rate them better then longhorn or Texas Roadhouse!!!! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
