Well went in to give it one last try. And again for the forth time, they're out of the flavors I wanted. One time that's whatever, two times someone doesn't know how to order, third and forth times it's gotten kind of old. I will most likely never give it a try again so that I don't waste my time trying to get what I want just to be told again and again that I can't have it. Employees were nice and apologetic. Excited to take our girl out for ice cream! Out of vanilla ice cream for a shake & also out of her choice of bubble gum ice cream! Poor customer service. Neither an apology or maybe a coupon for a future visit. For a small community, like Firestone, a big disappointment!! Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Go to DQ! They are so slow, you will wait up to 25 minutes in the drive through with 1-2 customers in the store and 3 or more people working. They definitely need some training on how to handle customer flow. The order is also almost always wrong ! Don’t bother. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

This place never has pre packed icecream flavors we like. They put ic into pints but it takes about 30 minutes. You are better off going to DQ or King Soopers. These kids don't know what they're doing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff is super friendly and the cake decorator at this location is phenomenal! She did an amazing job on my son’s cake, he loved it! 🤗

Ordered the lemon sorbet and it was mixed with pineapple and coconut ice cream. Three cups with 2 scoops of ice cream cost $20 for just okay ice cream.
