Went in there for ice cream and saw/had a few problems: -staff was all in the back of the store -there were large chunks of ice in one of the cones we got -saw portions of a different ice cream flavor in another one's container (saw that in multiple containers) -cones were stale -worker said the brownie sundae was discontinued but then why is it still on the baskin robbins website?

This Dunkin Donut/Baskin-Robbins is the worst employees. The management need to hire new people who know what they are doing and listen to customers order I went through the drive thru ask for medium coffee with sugar. I am cam back to work and found I have cream instead of sugar. They have a lack of hearing problem. I am lactose intolerant if I would have drank that coffee without knowing I would have been rushed to the hospital. WOW!!! WOW!!.

Horrible costumer service. The lady at the window was so rude basically threw the bag at me and threw a fit when I asked to add something on to my order at the window. If you hate your job that much don’t work there

They don’t have bubble gum ice cream very disappointing but the other flavors are good

I asked for a shake and they gave me a cup of milk so I asked them to add a little more ice cream and it said they added ice to it to thicken it. I won't be going to this one again.

Still a favorite place to get my ice cream. It felt depend on the location. Some are better then other choice wisely. I was a passenger on this on I was along for the ride. They have a lot a favors to choice from. If your having a party or ice cream party you can get the large containers. All my children party this was my stop. Get your ice cream Fixes.

Very good service. The employee specially took out a flavor of ice cream and put it in a quart, even tho they didn't have any of the flavor left so he gave it to me for the same price as buy two for 10. They didn't have any Oreos and cream and I asked him if he could fill a quart with Oreos and cream from behind the counter and still be considered 2 for 10, and point is, he went out of his way to help the customer, so he will see me again.
