The staff is attentive. The atmosphere is dim, cozy, and romantic. I liked the decor. My husband and I enjoyed Filet Mignon Maki. It was very interesting and flavorful, as we'd never heard of it before. The entrees are huge. They come with a soup or salad. I love the dressing of the salad. My husband had the pineapple fried rice with shrimp. It comes on a huge half of a pineapple. It all tasted grilled. So good! I had the shrimp pad Thai. It's now a favorite of mine. It's a little spicy but so delicious. We shared the hibachi vegetables and they were so yum! We will be back to keep trying all the things as there is so much that sounded so good to us. Was in town visiting from Houston and tried this place for the first time. The Japanese fried rice was so good. The hot tea was ok. The ambiance of the restaurant was good as well! We ordered thru uber eats - it was delicious! Had the beef hibachi (requested broccoli, carrot & snow pea as veggies), pineapple chicken fried rice, coconut chicken soup, e-chicken & coconut shrimp. This is a recent find, as in November of 2023, since then we’ve been 3 times, with this one on Christmas Eve. I’m pretty happy with all that we’ve found here, for Thai and Japanese food, this last time we had the shrimp ramen, very good and the broth is very deep in flavor. The Lovers Boat is fantastic! It’s sashimi, nageri, and a roll, quite tasty and filling. The ambiance is very nice, and they accommodate larger parties. We noticed that the noise level with larger parties is elevated but not so bad you can’t hear across the table. If you have a hankering and don’t want to drive to Dallas, this should be a stop!
