This was my second time visiting this restaurant. Both times had the same server, Kai, and both times he was awesome. Since my first time experience was so good I had recommended it to my family and actually celebrated brother’s bday there. My family loved the food and the atmosphere at Balkan Bistro and Kai was so attentive the whole night. At the end when we asked him to take a group photo of us he made sure our table was all nice and clean and even adjusted the lighting behind us. Just perfect. If you’ve never had Cevapi this is the place you should try them. If you had them before, try these. You will be impressed. It was my first time, and I enjoyed it. Espresso Martini was delicious, and the Lobster Bisque was to die for. I also had Ceviche and Lamb Tbone. I would refer my friends, and the servers were kind. They were busy and still checked on me regularly.. They have baklava and cheesecake also. Great food and service. Wonderful new and charming bistro. Decor is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. Had the cheese sticks for an appetizer, very good. The Sarma was also very good.
