They didn't have the heat running high enough on Thanksgiving you could tell because the day after the restaurant was freezing. Food was great but crazy prices which sadly now fit the bougie atmosphere Shelburne Falls is becoming. Not hometown folks friendly, more for the city visiting folks. $18 Reuben that should entirely be taken off the menu, served with too much canned sauerkraut and corned beef that appears to have been bought at the bargain bin at the grocery store. Absolutely freezing inside (fall.) Told a 30 minute wait that turns into a 50 minute wait, and surprise! they're closing in 20 minutes. Highly suggest avoiding. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
