While prices are raising and portions are getting smaller across most bagels stores I’ve been to. I think I found the best bagel store in Jersey. Went in for breakfast and got the biggest Bacon Egg & Cheese i’ve ever seen in my life, food was fresh and tastes amazing glad to see someone is finally doing it right, definitely coming back!!! Food was great but waitress was slightly rude… I came here with my family a couple months ago and when our coffee tasted old, she said that “coffee is not their speciality” with an attitude and wasn’t helpful. This is some good fresh baked bread right here! I wasn’t too hungry so just came in for a sesame bagel with Sun-dried tomato cream cheese and a coffee. First of all, the bagel is massive! Second, the bread was warm and toasty and so fresh. Extremely satisfying for a simple order! This place (years ago) used to be top notch. Now, the last 3-4 times I've been in there, they continue to mess up the order by adding things that arent supposed to be there, Or overloading the bagel with pepper when you ask for salt pepper ketchup. I delayed writing this review but because we just came back from ordering hot sandwiches (egg and cheese..) and 1. The order was wrong and 2. When they gave the correct order, it was cold. This is my new go to bagel spot!!! The service is impeccable and they are all so friendly. The owner is the nicest man and they have the best music playing at 5:30 am When I come in!! The food is great and nicely priced!! No better place to go than here!! Bagel Factory is my family’s go-to spot for breakfast! Definitely the best breakfast sandwiches in the area. They’re always friendly and service is quick. We love going to Bagel Factory for breakfast and always know we’ll get a great breakfast when we do. My toddler looks forward to the rainbow bagels every weekend! I gave it a shot after reading the reviews and it was a good call! The hungry man meal was amazing and the croissants??... gosh!!! So good! Service was also really good (kudos to Carol the cashier). It was a bit pricey though, but def worth it Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Not sure why this place has 3.9 rating, I’m giving 5 stars, bagels are very good, French fries is super hot and tasty (and it’s rare to find a really good French fries!). Place is clean and staff is friendly

I usually order omelettes from here but today I decided to get a breakfast sandwich.. I order I ordered an eggwhite bagel with turkey sausage & cheese. Taste was great, no complaints. I was disappointed that I had one small turkey sausage on the bagel. (Picture is of the one half that had a sliver) my omelettes have always been great, I will probably just stick to that.
