The service was very slow at this location. Had to wait for drinks several times. Understaffed?? Not sure. But the food was great! We love Bad Daddy’s and the food didn’t disappoint. Again, the server might have been overwhelmed with tables. We would come back for sure. We love bad daddy’s!

Worst Bad Daddy’s experience ever. Such a bummer. After raving about how much we love Bad Daddy’s we took my Mother In Law (from out of state) for her birthday. She ordered coffee, they didn’t have coffee filters. She ordered Root Beer, they ran out of Root Beer. We ordered our favorite Deviled Eggs and Fried Pickles, 15 min later we’re told they’re out. We order our food…15 min later they tell us they don’t have rye bread (which 2 of us ordered) and no multigrain bread. Upon receiving the dinners, the Burgers and sides were mixed up, not a huge deal. However they mixed up the temps of the burgers. After waiting so long for the food we just dealt with it. I felt bad for our waiter as he had to be the one to deliver all of the bad news. He was pleasant. However, I will probably never come to this location again and just stick to the one in Ballantyne as it is definitely ran flawlessly. I had been craving burgers and my husband suggested this place. For my first time here it seemed nice enough for a build your own burger restaurant. The appetizer that stated it was a bacon cheese dip was absolutely disgusting and tasted like mushy cardboard with bits of burned bacon on it. We refused to eat it, but still paid the $8 for it. My son loved his chicken strips. My burger was okay, but the mushrooms tasted sour. I should have known something was off. After driving home I was hit with the worst case of food poisoning I've had in years and regretted ever ordering anything. Honestly I'm not sutra what it was, but my guess would be the mushrooms. The service was fine, the burger itself was nothing special. For the money spent, there are better options in town. I’ve been here a few times now. Very good every time. Many burger places around here. This time I got the bd burger. Just a classic cheese burger. Just the way I like it. Also got tater tots they’re yummy but salty. Ended up having to eat it with a fork because the bun is smaller than the burger lol. Great service! Excellent burgers! Great menu, cool atmosphere. We got the fried pickles to start. They were yummy but can only eat so many. I opted to build my own burger because I like simple. I got the 5oz angus which was more than enough for me. My bf got the badass burger and it was MASSIVE lol. Prepare to get messy. His was two 7oz burgers which I don’t think he realized haha. He could barely bite the thing! We ordered ours medium well because our server mentioned they leave them pink so if you order medium they’re going to be more like medium rare, and medium well will be medium. Just some tips. They were cooked perfect, super juicy & full of flavor. Highly recommend if you want a great burger!
