Arrived early for 7:30 reservation for our party of 4 and had a $15 glass of wine at the bar before being seated. Staff is attentive and excellent service throughout the evening. Wings (Buffalo & Thai Chilli) were very good. I had fettuccine w/shrimp that was fine. The Bananas Foster shared by the table was very good. DJ played good music throughout the evening and the placed filled up nicely as the night went on. Definitely good spot for groups, etc., but not intimate. Plenty of parking nearby

The location is great with the potential to be a business networking establishment. Too many young girls at the bar in skimpy clothes. The music was atrocious; loud with profane language. The waitstaff was very polite, however less than professional. A nice menu with mouthwatering selections; except the salad with shrimp - 4 small shrimp in a big plate of lettuce. Lastly, the 18% gratuity included in our bill. It was less than 6 of us; of course we did not tip any extra. We will not be returning.

They have brunch on Sundays and nightly entertainment from live preformances to dj's. It is a very luxurious looking venue. The empanadas are pretty tasty. The drinks are delicious; they make an amazing Old Cuban cocktail. The service was good, and the bartenders are pretty knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking out this venue.

i’ve been eyeing this place for quite some time, and I finally went in with one of my friends that’s been here on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, the service was beyond terrible. It seems as though they have new people working at night that don’t know basic restaurant customer service. all it takes is a simple hello and may I get you something to start. The timeframe it took to get someone to come and ask was about 25 minutes mind you there was only a handful of people in there. the restaurant was very slow. I feel quite sad for your location because it has such great potential with the ambience inside. anyways, we finally got the drinks which tasted like straight up lime juice. The food was served cold, and no flavor. I mean, how can you mess up fries. The macaroni balls were frozen. quite honestly, I was very upset, but I know where I will not be returning here. not sure if its under new management or that night was just bad.

My guy took me there for dinner and the food and the people are absolutely wonderful will be going back again and we'll take some guests next time to share in the wonderful experience I had.

A new fish in the pond brings a nice surprise in The Sack! Aura will definitely astound you with unexpected five star fare. The food is scrumptious and very well presented. The loft like space with turn of the century tin ceilings, well appointed bar, dark decor and moldings and well chosen art, even a Juliet balcony for a private party set the mood under candlelight at this dinner only eatery. The cherry on top is the nightly entertainment, both live acts and/or dj swing tunes for your enjoyment. Cocktails are hit or miss on strength. Service is good yet felt a bit strained at times for food sequencing and service synchronization.
All in all, a welcomed addition to this up and coming area of Hackensack.

Food was good. Missed out on the Short Ribs as most of my group ordered it prior to us arriving (traffic). Shrimp and Steak Udon prob was a bit small but I loved it. Entree prices were very reasonable. Didn't see a coat check but would've been a nice touch. Great spot.
