I have stopped here 3 days already because it is so good! Everything is plant based and tastes absolutely divine. The pistachio laminated buns are so good I could eat a basket full. Phenomenal! Clean and friendly atmosphere with a good variety. Picked up a few different types of buns for breakfast and my family devoured them. I will definitely be going back. We saw this bakery advertising sourdough on the window and knew we had to stop in and try the bread. We had a delightful chat with the owner, who explained everything and was very helpful. We purchased and quickly consumed the sourdough loaf, rosemary focaccia, chocolate croissants, and passionfruit buns. Artisan Bakery Bonaire is now officially on our “must visit every trip” list. Their sourdough loaves and olive focaccia are incredible! The Artisan Bakery in Bonaire is FANTASTIC! WE visited every morning, for a new breakfast treat, the week that we were there. The owner is a wonderful gentleman, who takes pride in his creations.
