Very disappointed in this Reuben sandwich. Usually it's very good, however this time it was very tough and grizzly. No, I did not complain about it to management, I'll just skip the reuben sandwich next time . I still like Arby's, just not this sandwich. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great area and food was good but service was TERRIBLE. THE lady tonight working the window in the union store was terribly rude ,kept rushing my order at the drive through asking me is that it after each item said then was very rude at the window quickly handed me the bag without even looking at me and didn't say thanku or anything.
