I stopped going to Arby's after they got rid of my favorite side, Potato Cakes. I chose to stop for their fish sandwich. The fish sandwich was not good at all. I only ate two bites before removing the fish and eating an expensive ($5.49) cheese and tomato sandwich. This is my review. I am not interested in my money back or your generic response leading me to waste more time filling out surveys. My experiences personally lead me to drastically increase or decrease how often I visit your establishment. Generic responses make me feel as if this is more of a common response to your business dealings. Don't direct me to take more of my time to additionally fill out more surveys that has zero impact.
