I am not from this area. So when using the app, somehow it suggested that I order in another part of town. Well... I have to tell you that I submitted a request through the app, and the area manager called me up within 25 minutes! And he offered to refund my money from this store, so I wasn't basically paying twice. I am so impressed with the customer service. My daughter loves eating at Arby's, and this just made us loyal customers because of the customer service alone! This is how you do it when there are technical errors. The kindness that was shown towards me made me feel so much better. I'm dealing with a lot of extra stress right now.... so this eases my burdens. Regardless of all that, the food was made quickly, and it tasted fantastic as usual. The Greek gyro is the BEST thing on the menu! The dining atmosphere was very nice and they played music from my decade... so that was a treat as well. Thank you, Sam, and thank you, Arby's. Simple place just walked in for a few sandwiches to go. Cashier was courteous n friendly, large menu with different specials. I ordered a hamburger and a fish sandwich.. The burger was very good. The wagu beef was cooked as requested. The fish was awesome. It had the taste of wild caught and there wasn't too much breading. This location needs work! The night staff aside from the cook definitely does not want to be there. I ordered at this location 11/11/23 approx. Between 850p.-900 pm. 1st, the drive thru cashier got my order wrong! Didn't find out until I got home which is 15 min away. So I had to drive back. I walk in, the cashier who took my order is on his phone and touching food. The counter had a big spill on it. His demeanor was unfriendly, and uncourteous, seems as if he didn't want to be there. They remake my order, and the cashier puts my order on the counter where the spill was. I gather the staff member in the black shirt was the team lead or manager, he did not greet nor ask me anything. If your employees are running operations in this way, then you can rest to sure that a lot of customers would not come back. I understand that this maybe a one time thing and I usually get good service, but tonight, it's an F- for me. I drove thru ans ordered deluxe roast beef sandwich meal. Paid $11.26. Got home and found I was given a Fish sandwich! I hate Fish sandwiches! I live 10 miles away so couldn't go back so I called twice! Nobody answered the phone. The place was not busy when I went there, in fact I was the only car in li e and the restaurant was virtually empty, so I guess they just don't care. Took my family out to eat here the other day. The last behind the counter, as well as the rest of the staff, was kind, friendly, and respectful to all of us. The food was great (I had the reuben, wife and kids had lamb gyros.). Had a wonderful experience there. Wish there was one a bit closer to where I live. This is a typical Arby's. However the kid that worked here was awesome...I wish I could remember his name. He was very polite and helpful, which is the only reason this corporate enterprise gets a 5 star rating...BECAUSE OF THEIR UNDERPAID EMPLOYEE that was doing a great job at customer service. Arby's has always been out family favorite, but this location is always a ghost town for a reason.... Here are a couple of our visits. They have a special that includes 2 French Dips for $7. It's on both the street sign as well as the drive thru menu. We order 2 pairs. They actually got it right this time, understanding that we wanted 4 sandwiches. However, our total was WAY off when we got to the window. After reminding her of the deal on all the signs she adjusted the price and we paid accordingly. Once the food finally arrived I counted them and confirmed everything was there. Upon arriving home we opened our wrappers to find the saddest little sandwiches we had ever seen. This was definitely not a "WE HAVE THE MEAT" moment, for certain it was a "WHERE'S THE BEEF?" moment. As for the au jus, well let's just say we had to pour all 4 bowls together in order for one of us to be able to use it. The rest were out of luck. Attention store Manager DONT offer the deals if you are just shorting the food to make up for a price break. That's just wrong. The week prior we stopped in to place an order, the order taker just couldn't understand what we wanted. I asked for a kids sandwich and she didn't understand, so I tried explaining that it's the roast beef sandwich size like in a kids meal. We went on and in trying to explain and were completely frustrated by the time we paid and got our food so we rushed home, only to find out that she charged us for addiifood that we didn't even order or get!!!! It's no wonder Arby's are going out of business. Ordered the 2 for $6 Roast Beef Sandwiches and all you get is a couple of off colored roast beef slices (very skimpy serving) and 2 buns = Garbage Food: 1 Service: 5
