The brisket sandwich was absolutely delicious, melt in your mouth brisket! Tried a couple of brews, they have over 24 on tap to choose from. First time here and I’m a fan, coming back to try the ribs. Clean, fancy and hip but also very comfortable atmosphere, plenty of seating inside and outside. I love this place. The barbecue was excellent! We had the tri-tips, pulled chicken sandwich and pulled pork. Cole slaw was great; not too much sauce, just right! Two types of KC style sauces; regular and spicy. I preferred the spicy; yum! Blues themed, the only reason for the atmosphere was how noisy it was but great to take the family! I come here about once a month or two. It is very inconsistent. Last visit, my wife's rib sandwich was inedible. This visit my brisket was WAY overcooked on the outside/bark hard to even chew, and the inside was slimy with lots of unrendered fat. The pulled pork they gave me also had lots of slimy fat. I was unable to finish over half of both meats. Also, the beans were mostly sauce with very few actual beans. Probly got about 10 actual beans. Highly disappointing! For $28 I expect better. It seems every time we come here now there is a problem with the food. Quality is down. I can no longer recommend this place. The brisket is absolutely amazing! Super smoky and a great amount of fat. The ribs were what blew me out of the water though. Definitely a must try! The sides like Mac and cheese, pecan pie, garlic bread, and cornbread are all phenomenal as well. Great service and food. Got the 3 meat combo and totally heart the brisket and tri-tip. Potato salad was great and the beans tasted nice with addition of the spicy BBQ sauce to add some heat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
