Try perfectly cooked grilled chicken, French onion soup and pork. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters offer good draft beer. This bar is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You may be surprised by attractive prices at Applebee's. The atmosphere is enjoyable, as people see it. But a number of guests who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I enjoyed my visit on valentines day. Appetizers and cinnabon rolls were amazing! My favorite is the chicken won ton tacos! Only downside is that the entrees are more expensive, and you don't get as much food. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. I had a free meal so for that I'm grateful but if that was supposed to make me want to go there it was the exact opposite. I ordered soup, iced tea, and the shrimp entree. 1st I get the tea and the glass was really dirty. After waiting for quite some time the server brings the soup with my meal and said something about the kitchen had to prep it. If there was a problem she should have come back and told me. My garlic mashed potatoes didn't taste like there was any garlic in them. The coleslaw was the worst I've ever had! Finally the shrimp was decent, but definitely not worth what they charge. Went here with our family for dinner 2/3/2024 5:30pm. Server was ok. Nothing bad but nothing great. Had to ask for refills when my cup was empty for awhile. My problem came with my dinner. I ordered the whiskey burger. When it came out it was on a cheap bun and not what it's supposed be on. When I say cheap it was the same as you would get in an 8 pack from Walmart for 2 dollars. See picture. Bottom bun was soaked in grease and flat as a pancake. I asked the server and she said they ran out. We'll ok fair enough but maybe you should have told me that when I ordered. On the way out I asked for a manager and she was even less helpful saying the same thing as the server and made no effort whatsoever to apologize or correct the situation. I guess we need to ask from now on if the meal I'm ordering will be prepared like the description in the menu. Pretty disappointing. Camellia is an amazing server!! 🙂 My family had a medical emergency during our dine in. She was calm, helpful, went above and beyond and allowed the family members to handle the situation. Camellia service was outstanding, honestly one of the best servers I have had in the food service industry in years. Besides the family emergency our dine in ended up being a a few hours. NEVER once did she sigh, roll her eyes, change in body language, seem frustrated or inconvenienced that she needed to come back to the table numerous times during our visit for either checking in on us, seeing if we are ready or if we needed more refills. She is a wonderful example as to what a server in the food industry should be, and I recommend that people train with her, and hopefully receive some compensation in doing so. The restaurant was clean, no issues with our table or chairs being dirty. During our dine in, the tables and chairs were actively being clean after they were used. Our food was fresh, warm, a long with the appropriate portion sizes as indicated for the type of food we ordered. My only concern as to why I only gave the four star rating for the food was there was some type of oil in some of the dishes that caused a slight aftertaste, and I was the only person in the party of four who had this concern, yet I do have sensitivity to certain foods. My other concern was drink-related. As I enjoy having a Fresh cup of coffee, even more so for decaf as a lot of times it just sits forever, the use of a single servings can cause a slight frustration to the customer when they have to wait longer for coffee. This Applebee's location has always been my go to location in the surrounding Rockford area as I've never had any issues that I've had to speak to a manager about. The all you can eat riblets were amazing, even my kids loved them. I like the range of sides for the kids menu. Melissa was great and made sure we had everything we needed. We come here about once a week and the service is always outstanding! We had Carolyn tonight and she was on top of everything! We had the endless wings tonight and never had to ask for a refill, refil. Even for our drinks! 10/10 great service always!
