Went there with an elderly client/patient and we both enjoyed our meals. Overall it was a pleasant experience. It's always a busy bustling, and loud place so be prepared, and don't expect a quiet dining experience. Service at the bar high top table was good, tho a bit slower because bartender was so busy, but other wait staff joined in to help deliver food, and it was good. Not overly great, but good. My oriental chicken salad was mostly fresh and tasty. His salmon was good, but didn't care for the "weird" garlic mashed potatoes he said. All in all we had a nice time. We'll definitely go again. Advertise 6oz steak then bumps up for $3 more to 8oz, because they are out. Then she walks over to another table an says we just got a delivery. Fork was dirty so was the wooden tray my food was on. Horribly slow service way to much staff hiding in back. When they come out with food keeping eyes down to not have to service anyone. Took 18 mins just to get 2 iced tea and that's after waiting 15 mins for server. Don't know who is running this restaurant but obviously the staff truly are running it. Who allows servers to sit in back waiting for food standing talking , then hiding behind bar area talking. I went to find and address server so I saw first hand this practice and nobody directing staff. Get some real leadership and stop accepting less from your staff. Didn't feel like cooking and stopped in for a bite. They had a drink special for 5.00, which was good, but had some disgusting candied lips in it. Gross 😝 once removed, the drink was good. Ordered a veggie burger, which was good. My neice ordered an Asian chicken, which she liked. It was a bit expensive but fine. Food took 45 minutes to arrive, so improvement needed there. I got the appetizer platter and everything was COLD... The chicken quesadillas were nasty because they were cold and soaked in oil. Cheese on the S&A dip was so cold it hardened and made it impossible to dip my chips into. Mozzarella sticks were so cold, the cheese in them seized up and was hard. The chicken seemed like grocery store chicken. My husband had the all you can eat chicken, shrimp. The batter to the shrimp was gross so he peeled it off. The BBQ sauce is not that good either. What happened to Applebee's I don't remember their food being that bad. I will not be going back. Should of spent my money elsewhere. Ugh... What a waste of $40.00. Also the restaurant needs some new upholstery and the ceiling cleaned, Or just bulldoze it and rebuild the building is old.
