This location is good. We had an awesome server who was knowledgeable and made sure we anything we needed. We got the steak and shrimp... it waa good, the steak was cooked well, the shrimp was salty but we knew this wasnt a steak house and were still impressed. The mashed potatoes were AMAZING and the broccoli was perfectly seasoned. My father got the chicken and shrimp, also pretty flavorful! I will 100% be trying their Chinese chicken salad because it looked phenomenal! This is a good budget friendly spot to enjoy food and drinks! Best TAKE-OUT in a long time! Have stopped ordering takeout/delivery due to a variety of factors (food that is missing,cold,not at all what you get when dining in, delivery issues etc). Decided not only to order delivery this evening but from a restaurant I have also stopped frequenting for past few years. WOW was I impressed!!! Enough to immediately stop what I was doing to write this review as I believe THIS particular location of APPLEBEE’s (as well as the door dash driver through them that brought it) deserves an accolade! ⭐️ From time order was placed, quick turnaround and received our food FRESH and STILL HOT! You can see by the photos presentation and portion was superb. Would definitely 💯 recommend if you are in this area! We came in @ 3pm on a Thursday afternoon and the store only had 3 tables including us. All our drinks were empty and took forever for refills. Food took about 50 mins to come out even though it wasn't busy. The burger patties were small and the majority was just bun with lettuce. The breadstick with the Alfredo never came even though we were assured it was coming. Also ordered bourbon street chicken but got a half rack of ribs instead so had to be sent back. The Manager came out to talk to us and offered to give us a discount but at this point we just wanted to eat. We ordered the 2 for $34 and the 28oz Long Island. We came in around 1030pm but they do not close until 1 am. We had just finished an entire day of Christmas shopping 🛍 so we thought of giving ourselves a treat. My hubby had the ribs and I had the bourbon chicken sizzling fajita. Our appetizer was the artichoke dip and chips. The chips were bottom-of-the-bag chips, not more than 3 whole chips, the rest were crumbles. The food was cold. My bourbon chicken was burnt. The 28oz Long Island was sour mixed with ice, could not drink it. We were so exhausted and disappointed that we didn't bother to argue or return the food because we didn't want a "waiting" situation (it's a movie, if you haven’t seen it, I suggest you watch it). The icing on our annoyance scale was the server had the audacity to tell us the he and the chef apologize for the state artichoke dip and chips because it was the last one of the night. When we clearly watched him take a very fresh batch to a table behind us and on the way out by the door there was another table enjoying the same fresh batch. Tables that came after us. Decided to order from here since we didn’t feel like cooking. But let me just tell you, it was terrible. Fiancé and I couldn’t even finish our meals. I ordered a bourbon street sirloin with mash potatoes and my fiancé ordered shrimp with Parmesan steak and mash potatoes. Steaks didn’t even taste like a steak, it tasted like beef jerky. Mash potatoes were so bland, and the mushroom and onions was terrible and looked inedible. Steak texture was also very weird and almost rubbery. P.S I ordered a medium-rare steak. I went with my sisters around 8:30p on Saturday. We were seated quickly and our drink order was taken quickly. From there the service went downhill. I was drinking so I don't know what all the food is in the pictures. I had the 8oz medium well with potatoes and broccoli. All the food was bland. I just thought maybe they can't season anything because of food allergies or sensitivity. My steak was almost well done and unevenly cooked. Our server didn't ask me to check to make sure it was ok. We asked for steak sauce and never got it. The alcoholic drinks were watered down. It wasn't that busy so maybe our waitress was new or overwhelmed. I won't go back to this location any time soon.

Seems like a good day for me (especially based on all recent reviews). Didn't have to wait to be seated. Waitress was friendly. Perhaps one con to point out is, our sweet tea were not refilled even it has passed 3/4 Cup.. Food wise was alright.. The sides ( beans and broccoli) are over boiled. Overall experience I will still give a five star.
