Stopped in for a steak dinner while in the area for work. Service seemed slow despite having from what I counted 5 wait staff. Two people were waiting in the whole restaurant (6 people). I sat at the bar, food came out fast, tasty and exactly what I asked for. Wouldn’t have an issue eating here again. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Getting old about how slow they are, came in, a waitress seen us and didn't even have the initiative to get someone to seat us, all she did was get up from a table while talking, then started cleaning tables instead of letting someone know that there were people standing to be seated, they weren't even busy, yet it still took too long to get seated. I like the food for the most part, but the work ethic is seriously lacking. Shouldn't have to wait to get seated when there's only four tables in the whole place with customers. The waiter was sketchy and fidgety. He bragged about taking orders by memory and yet made several mistakes for a dinner for two people and they weren’t even that busy when we ordered. Rather than coming to our table on follow up he shouted across the room over other customers’ heads. He did that several times to different customers, not just us. When we paid via QR code he shouted out asking how we had paid as the ticket had somehow disappeared. When we described our concerns about the meal to him, he was dismissive and unconcerned- offering to adjust the price after the fact, but not accepting responsibility for the matter at all. In fact he seemed put off by us even mentioning anything. We ordered steaks. The broccoli was mushy and overcooked. The broccoli cheese sauce wasn’t great- like it wasn’t reconstituted correctly. The steaks were- meh- the ribeye was rare and greasy in texture when I wanted medium. We requested a 6 oz sirloin but were given and charged for 8 oz. For being a little exit off the highway in WV, my steak was cooked better than the steak I had the night before at longhorn. Server Tanya was wonderful and funny.
