Today was already bad becuz we are saying goodbye to our mom. My husband joined my sister and I and he ordered a Oriental Chicken salad after eating a small amount he realized a hair was in his food. I showed the waitress and she brought me the ticket with zero deductions!! DISGUSTING. I did not leave a tip And I will never go back. Too bad because my sister and I enjoy sitting for a meal or even just to drink a nice ice tea.

Every employee was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had a crew of 8 and conditions allowed the greeter to adjust the table seating so we could enjoy conversing with everyone more easily. Our waitresses were also very efficient and precise in taking and serving our orders. I definitely recommend this Applebee's! We arrive wasseated immediately it took the waiter about 10 minutes to come to our table. We ordered an appetizer and it didn’t have the ranch dressing with it. We got our drinks but no one ever came back to refill them after 30 minutes we left. There was also another table beside us that walked out. I will add we was there a couple of weeks ago and the service and server was wonderful. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Service: 1

Food was good and the atmosphere was nice, typical Applebee's. The waitress seemed like she had other things on her mind. We asked if they had Diet Dr. Pepper and her reply was a flat "No". She didn't offer any other options, so we asked for a Diet Coke. Again her response was a flat "No". No other options given, no explanation that they only carried Pepsi products, just "No" so we kept guessing.... It did make for a good memory and we still laugh about it. Tried to take my wife and daughter(8) here for her birthday dinner, got seated and the music was so loud and the song had swear words every other word. I understand everyone has their own taste in music but this was so graphic we had no choice but to leave. For a family restraunt they need to do better. Our group received abysmal service at this location last night. Waitstaff was inattentive our entire visit. She literally set down a tray of water on our table and just walked away, never refilled that water, left our other drinks sitting on the bar for over 20 minutes, was pushy to get checks out to us well before closing, and refused to serve us anything else at 10:20 when they had already started cleaning up 45 minutes before closing. Pretty disappointing that one of the few places in town open after 9PM doesn't actually service their clients until their listed closing time.
