Server was polite and apologetic. However, over all service was poor from our arrival to the bill. Slow, nearly 50 minutes to get our food. When the 5 meals finally arrived, all 5 were cold. Had to wait additional time for silverware and napkins. Mac and cheese order was wrong and served with Alfredo noodles instead because they ran out of macaroni. Why didn’t they mention that? Would have ordered something else. Chicken Alfredo was served cold, thus stuck together. Wings were cold and wrong dipping sauce. Fries were cold, burgers was kinda warm. Will not return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We waited 25 minutes in the waiting area to be seated and nobody even came over to help anybody get seated or even acknowledge that we were there. There was barely anyone seated and waitresses were walking past. We ended up walking out along with multiple other families. The family next to us said they were waiting over half an hour with no service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service was super slow. Our blended drinks were melted by the time we got it. My fish and chips were burnt. Noodles in Alfredo’s noodle was stuck together. Water cup was served dirty. Almost every time we order from Applebee's, they get out order wrong. Tonight we ordered 2 entrees. On one they forgot fries and sauce. Went back to get fries and sauce. The entire entree tasted like it was under the heat lamps for a long time. They weren't even busy tonight. Disappointed. Food service has really suffered. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We went to get the advertised special. It seemed like they were short of staff as it took some time for everything even to be asked if we were ready to order. The table we were at wasn't very clean seemed sticky. The was ok but great. The boneless wings were heavy breaded and just white meat chunks. Stopped in for a late lunch, early dinner on a Sunday. There were only two other parties in the restaurant. The bar was empty also. I ordered the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger and my daughter ordered the Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo. The food came out pretty fast as they should considering the restaurant was basically empty. My burger was OK. The patty was juicy and and cooked to my expectations but everything else was yuck. Maybe it was just me. The sautéed mushroom and onions were too salty. There was too much sauce for my taste. I did manage to finish it because I was hungry but regretted it soon after. It did a number on my stomach. Soon my daughter also complained she had a stomach ache as well. :( We will not be going back. My wife and I decided to stop here for dinner tonight. Our experience was far from a good one. Our server Hazel was wonderful though; friendly and attentive. The place was busy and she was the only server on the floor. Props to Hazel. Unfortunately, the good stopped with our server. We were informed after being seated that the kitchen had all new cooks who hadn’t had the proper training and didn’t quite know the menu yet so it was slow going getting food out of the kitchen. Okay. We ordered the classic combo. Took an hour to get our appetizer and everything was cold. Took another half hour to get our entrees. I ordered the Bourbon Street Mushroom and Swiss burger. It was cold when it arrived. It was one of the worst burger that I have ever had. There were no mushrooms on my burger, which are the selling point of a Mushroom Swiss, and the burger was loaded down with the most disgusting and extremely over salted sautéed onions I have ever been served. They did bring out more mushrooms for me but those were also very over salted. The garlic Mayo served on the burger was foul. I was nauseous after one bite. I did not eat the rest. My wife had the chicken fajita rollup. She said it was decent. I did not try it. My appetite was zapped after one bite of my burger. The manager did offer me another burger to go. I appreciated that. I went with a regular cheese burger and fries. Nothing special and pretty hard to mess up. I hope. I haven’t eaten it yet. Again, props to our server Hazel. She really was wonderful. We won’t ever be back.

Extremely disappointed with quality, portion sizes, and customer service. Ordered chicken oriental salads for my husband and I with three soups for my twin daughters who had oral surgery day prior. Soup was cold and only filled half of container. Asked for extra dressing for salads- did not receive. Called restaurant to notify and was informed recent menu revamp with smaller portion sizes. Literally less than 3oz of soup (measured as had to blend). Unable to provide credit or gift card but would put me on record for “small discount next visit”. Sad to say our go to will no longer be Applebee’s. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100

Nice place to grab some food, with many different options and some interesting specialty burgers as well as some good wings, they also offer alcoholic beverages and sport a bar incase you're looking for a drink and are open very late unlike a lot of other places in the area, as for my experience, there fries weren't quite my favorite item on the menu, but otherwise I can't complain at all as there food was really good with a nice juicy burger and delicious wings for a pretty decent price served with plenty of fries. I would definitely stop by again if I'm looking for late night food! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
