Upon walking in, we were not greeted by a host and we saw a large group of employees standing near the bar just chatting. The restaurant was beyond fully staffed. After we placed our order we heard 2 tables talking about their bad food and the table directly behind us had nothing come out right. My husband ordered a ribeye and it was slightly grey and extremely undercooked, he flipped it over and there was a grayish liquid of some sort covering it, he said it tasted like it had been in the fridge for too long then warmed up. I ordered a burger with pink. It also came out mostly raw. We saw no manager and our server never asked how our food was. When she came to ask about boxes she saw our still full plates and just said ok. Didn't ask if anything was wrong. On the bright side our drinks were good. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Great time as it usually is. I'm glad to have a place that is good to relax and enjoy a meal. And the staff is wonderful. The food has been constantly better. If you have had any issues in the past, I would recommend giving them another chance. I did and have been pleased with the improvements they have achieved. Keep up the great work! Celebrated Veterans Day with my dad. Veterans eat free from a select menu, but the various choices are excellent. Super busy, but the staff were on top of things and service was great.
