It’s probably the last time I dine in at this location. Many everyone had an attitude. I saw one of the young woman roll her eyes at me. She was on her phone a lot. Customers came in and she would look at them and stay on her phone. She didn’t get up until she saw her manager walk out. The food was absolutely disgusting, the drinks weren’t the best. Service took two hours and food was still cold and way overcooked. The waiters don’t even check up on you. This location is HORRIBLE. Another waiter was also on the phone with someone near us and cursing and complaining on how people kept coming and how everyone was complaining like ?? duh it’s a restaurant and yes, people are going to complain if you don’t act like you care about your job just a little. Also there was a piece of hair in the food but we didn’t want to continue complaining because of the way every worker made us feel like a burden to them. It wasn't Karaoke night, but I was singing along with every bite. The food was prepared as requested and priced well. The atmosphere was lively and family friendly. I've lived nearby for four years and this was my first visit. I plan to return. I do wish service was faster. The restaurant was not crowded, yet there were significant gaps in between when we seated and ordered and when we ordered and when our food arrived. Maybe it was because we were a party of six and the server also had another group of similar size. Nevertheless, he was polite and checked in with us. We first walk in no one greeted us just looking at us.. while other customers felt the same way. Because we are looking at each other like ? Then we get seated and no word out of her mouth not one. Then our waiter comes he was nice but he looked lost. They did have several of people working but standing around. Place our order and waited. They were not busy at all. 12:30 pm. As I sat there wishing I didn’t come there. A couple walked out because it took so long for the waiter to address them. Sad. 😞 and when another person worker said something to him he just smiled. And the other two left. Didn’t even ask them were they okay. I heard several people complain to each other on how they were greeted. I can see if you guys are busy but you guys were not. Food was fair. Customer service suck. Now our waited was nice when he came to our table but the others a hot mess. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This place was great. The double crunch wings were delectable. I love a good bone-in wing. The service was really good. The only thing which did not affect me but happened was there was no bartender and it was a Sunday afternoon soooo 🤷. Overall a 9.5 out of 10. I absolutely LOVE coming here, even by myself. Always a great crowd and a great social environment. Good if you enjoy watching popular games. The service is excellent regardless of whether you want to sit at the large bar area or at a more private table. Either way, the environment is appropriate for both socializing and for bringing in the family and friends for a nice dinner. Fast service and hardly ever a wait. It’s my “go to” place for a relaxing time. And the prices are 100% beyond decent, especially for the quality. Highly recommended.
