The club sandwich was soggy, and didn't have two layers or was cut in corners like you expect a club sandwich to be. The 5 cheese mac-n-cheese was really just a miserable penne alfredo. Very good staff, but I don't think I've ever paid for food that bad. When I sat down and saw the salt shaker was nearly empty, I knew bad things were coming. The four cheese mac with honey pepper chicken tenders was grocery store cold case quality chicken with a sauce that was the deepest flavor void in the known universe. The southwest chicken bowl was equally flavorless but thankfully had a pulse after some emergency salt and pepper. Came in for the unlimited wings deal which was awesome. What wasn’t awesome was that while the food came out quick, it took over 30 minutes to get a drink each time we ordered. The restaurant was about a quarter full and seemed to have plenty of staff so we were struggling to understand why it was taking so long. Worst Applebee's experience of my life. We'll never go back. I was served the end fat cap as a steak, literally a hunk of pure fat, called the waitress over and asked for a new one, it took almost 30 min to get a new steak so everything else was cold and it was the toughest meat I've ever tried to eat it was practically inedible. My son got fettuccine Alfredo. 2 hours later he was puking his guts out. The staff seems to have no clue what's going on and apparently neither do the kitchen staff. I used to visit this Applebee’s location regularly. Unfortunately, we’ll never go back as this marks the 4th time we’ve sat at the bar and have had 3-4 servers parade around our table. Tonight was exceptional disappointing as the bar and restaurant had less than 20 people dining. One server was leaning against the bar playing with his phone while watching a game for over 5 minutes. 3 others walked back and forth bypassing us. Eventually almost 10 minutes after walking in, I walked up to the server and asked for a menu. He handed me the menu, then walked away. 5 - 7 minutes later one of the servers finally acknowledged us and let us know he’d be with us soon. What’s made things even more infuriating was the server’s attitude and lack of customer service. We were already standing up and putting our jackets on when he slurred “I’ll be with you in a few”. I apologized letting him know we were leaving. To which he sarcastically replied; “oh ok” and walked away. This is probably the 3-4 time we’ve dealt with the same person. He seems to be one of the night/evening scheduled servers. If you’re a regular you’ll know him as he is constantly whistling to whatever song is playing in the background. At this point I’ve canceled my account and decided is not worth even bringing this up to a manager yet again. There are too many options just a few steps away. Cava, Texas Road House & Kokomo just to name a few. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1/2 priced appetizers only means that you pay ~$10 for a quarter bag of frozen food. The margaritas look and taste like they could give you radiation poisoning. The server was super nice.. that’s the only reason for the singular star on this rating Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
