Food was great. Wait to be seated was about 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of us. Service was terrible. There was only a few people working. The ones that were was working their tails off.

Not very good anymore..... southwest chicken bowl had barely any chicken. I'm not talking a small portion or a few pieces, I mean 0, none and it is ridiculous for 12+ dollars..... forgot an item on my order and I had to return.... I have to echo some others when they say service has gone downhill as well as the quality of food unfortunately. The horrible part about it all is this all happens when the restaurant isn't that busy....

Won’t let you give them a zero.
I went here December 21, 2023, this is the chicken I was served. The manager of the hour gave me 10% off. The next day I had surgery. The more I thought about it the angrier I got. I could have gotten 10% off because I’m a veteran. So when I was able a few days later I called and spoke with another manager. She said she would refund my money. She said it would take a 10-14 days. I understand things can be slow so I waited 3-4 weeks. I called again and spoke with manager Nicole. She said she would try it again. It has been over a month so I called back yesterday. The guy that answered the phone said Nicole was coming in soon he would give her my number to call and talked to another manager about the situation. No return phone call. Today I try again and no one answers the phone. I will never go there again.
